Hello, I'm Angela and I'm running to be your next VP of sponsorship!
I am running for the role as I understand its dual aspects: to support the President and help guide the committee in planning, structure and execution - and to lead on sponsorship, helping secure partnerships and build on what’s already been achieved and I believe I bring the right balance of leadership, organisation, and vision.
As VP, I aim to:
- Be a reliable and approachable presence on the committee
- Help ACS grow in professionalism and consistency without losing our warmth and creativity
- Strengthen current sponsor relationships and expand our network
- Support the Sponsorship team and ensure members benefit from our collaborations
- Uplift the community spirit that makes ACS a place where people can grow and have access to all the resources they need
As simple as that! When I saw the role of VP Sponsorship open up, I felt called to step forward into a space I could grow into, not just for myself but for all of us. My campaign quote is "for us by us" and that’s the spirit I'm bringing.
