I’m running for Vice President: Technology because I believe we can build faster, smarter systems that actually deliver under pressure. I’m excited to work closely with the President and the team to push what’s possible in how we serve our clients – especially in the space I’m most focused on: restructuring.
Unlike IPOs or M&A, which rise and fall with market cycles, restructuring is always relevant. It doesn’t depend on hype or headlines. It depends on debt – and debt is always present. When markets are volatile and liquidity dries up, companies don’t need a narrative. They need a path forward. That’s where restructuring comes in.
To me, restructuring is about clarity and control. It’s about stepping into situations that look like chaos and finding the pressure points: what needs to be cut, what needs to be salvaged, and what can still be built. It’s not just triage – it’s strategy. It’s the work of turning distress into momentum.
Technology should accelerate this. Whether it’s automating financial modeling, stress-testing capital structures, or mapping stakeholder negotiations in real time, we can do more than just react – we can lead.
I bring energy, execution, and a practical mindset to the table. If elected, I’ll focus on building tools that move with the speed of the market, and on training teams to operate with clarity, urgency, and resilience.
Let’s turn tough situations into sharp outcomes – and make sure we’re always ready, no matter what the market throws at us.
