Hi, I am Luke :) I am running to be your IT manager!
If you don't know me, I co-host a friday show 'D17 presents...' and a solo show on tuesdays where I dig through my personal favourites from my record collection with genres spanning from dub techno to hardcore. I love that Radio offers an expressive creative outlet and the opportunity to connect with people through a love for music and podcasting and I am excited by the chance to get involved! After 2 years as a member of IC Radio I know how things work, and I know the sort of ambition people have to keep the studio, our shows, and our events ever-evolving. I'm keen to become a member of the team who ensures Radio remains the biggest and baddest student station going.
As your IT manager I will be taking over from Tom and Romain to care of our station tech. If you are reading this, the chances are you know how important is it to have that dedicated slot in the week to unwind listening to your favourite tracks or talking nonsense with your mates, and you can trust me to keep you live on air! I am organised and dependable and I’d love the chance to make sure everything runs reliably (and learn a ton along the way).
