亲爱的同学们：

大家好！我是范辰浩（Chet Fan），来自MSc 材料科学与工程专业。我怀着极大的热情参选帝国理工中国学生学者联谊会（CSSA-IC）Head of Arts Department一职。

我始终相信，文艺不仅是情感的表达，更是文化的传播、社群的连接。在过去的学习生活中，我积极参与并组织各类文艺活动，包括舞台演出、传统节日展演、才艺比赛等，积累了丰富的统筹与策划经验。来到帝国理工后，我参与了CSSA的元宵节春联活动、迎新晚会等环节，从创意策划到现场执行，始终乐在其中。

如果有幸当选，我将致力于：

策划更多有创意、接地气、参与感强的文艺活动（如校园歌唱赛、中英文化快闪日、文化集市+舞台表演）；
打造有辨识度的CSSA文化品牌，用视觉与内容提升活动影响力；
搭建一个让同学们自由表达、展示才华的舞台，让“文艺”成为我们共同的温度。

我相信，CSSA的每一次活动，不止是节目和灯光，更是回忆和情感的交汇。我愿成为那个帮大家实现灵感、点燃热情的人。

Dear fellow students,

My name is Chenhao (Chet) Fan, a postgraduate student in Materials Science and Engineering, and I’m excited to run for Head of the Arts Department at the Imperial College Chinese Students and Scholars Association (CSSA-IC).

I believe arts are more than performance—they are expression, connection, and culture. Over the years, I’ve actively participated in and organised various cultural and artistic events, including talent shows, traditional festival celebrations, and stage performances. Since joining Imperial, I’ve been involved in events like the Spring Couplets Workshop during the Lantern Festival and the Welcome Gala, contributing from idea generation to on-site execution.

If elected, I will:

Create more innovative, inclusive, and engaging events, such as singing competitions, culture flash days, and art–market fusion nights;
Develop a stronger CSSA visual and cultural identity to increase the impact of every event;
Build a welcoming stage for all students to showcase their talents and express themselves.

To me, every CSSA event is more than lights and sound—it’s shared joy and lasting memory. I’d love to be the person who brings your creativity to life and makes our events truly unforgettable.
