hi my lovelies! if you have not met me yet i'll take this time to re-introduce myself, i'm minnie! you have probably seen my name pop around in the gc as i've been the acting seceratry for 24/25! i spent the first two years of uni not part of any societies and pole being the first one i joined, i struck literal GOLD! i joined in 2023 and have loved every SINGLE moment of it and truly appriciate how much the society has helped me naviagate my life here. the pure warmth and kindness from pole has kept me grounded during difficult times and i want to continue giving back to this incredible community that means so much to me!🥹

this past year as secretary has been absolutely amazing - i really enjoyed the behind-the-scenes work like organising our class schedule, keeping track of credits, and making sure everyone gets quick responses in the group chat! ✨ i'm naturally detail-oriented and love keeping everything running smoothly. i also volunteer part-time at a charity shop which has taught me loads about managing different tasks at once while always putting people first.

i genuinely care about every single member of this society and want to continue creating that welcoming, supportive environment that i have always experienced. pole and aerial isn't just a hobby for me - it's become my home away from home, and i'd be so excited to serve as your secretary again next year!
