Eva Stergiou

Hi, I’m Eva and I’m excited to run for Events Officer of the Imperial Dance Comapany! Having loved being part of IDC, I would love to plan events that bring everyone together.

If elected, I’ll make sure our Christmas Dinner is fun and festive, an opportunity for us to dress up! Ideally it would be organised on a Wednesday so we can head to Emargoes after! For the Christmas Showcase, we will have festive decorations, food and music. We will perform the comp pieces as well as festive pieces taght in classes. For the End-of-Year Dinner, I’ll organise polls to pick the best date, find a great venue, and work with the team to create fun, personalised awards. It'll be another opportunity to get all dressed up and enjoy eachothers company! I’d also love to try some new ideas, like collaborate with the Social Sec to plan joint socials with other societies. Additionally, I’ll ensure allergy forms and budgets are sorted well in advance to make these events as smooth running as possible.
