Megamaalai has always been more than just an event, it’s a vibrant celebration of our Tamil culture, creativity, and the unity shared between universities. It’s a platform where talent meets tradition, and I’m passionate about helping it grow while staying true to its roots.

Having helped out on the day of the show this year, I saw firsthand the incredible dedication, planning, and teamwork it takes to bring Megamaalai to life. It inspired me and affirmed that this is something I want to be a bigger part of. As someone who’s already been involved through the TSOC Subcommittee and helped lead our Games Night, I know the importance of balancing organisation, energy, and community. These are the qualities I’ll bring if elected Head of Megamaalai, and I am excited and eager to work among the rest of the committee as well as all the unspoken individuals behind the scenes to ensure that we deliver across the board to put together an amazing event.

I’m ready to take on the responsibility and with your support, I know we can make next year’s Megamaalai the best yet.
