Siyi Yu

Dear fellow students,

Hello! My name is Siyi Yu, and I am very excited to be running for the position of Deputy Head of the Arts Department in 2025.

I have a strong passion for creativity, cultural expression, and teamwork. I truly believe that the arts play a key role in creating a vibrant, inclusive, and inspiring school environment. If elected, I will do my best to support the Arts Department by helping to organize a variety of meaningful and engaging activities, giving every student the chance to explore and express their artistic talents.

My goals include:

• Offering diverse activities: I will help plan a wide range of flexible and creative events that reflect both students’ interests and the department’s overall direction, making sure our projects are enjoyable and engaging.
• Encouraging broad participation: I aim to create inclusive and interactive opportunities so that more students—regardless of experience—can easily take part and share their ideas and creativity.
• Fostering collaboration and growth: I will work closely with the Head of Department and our team, and I’m also happy to collaborate with other societies to plan cross-disciplinary events that connect art with different aspects of campus life.

I believe that with our joint efforts, we can make the Arts Department a warm and inspiring space where everyone feels encouraged to create, express, and participate. Thank you so much for your support!

艺术不仅是一种表达方式，更是连接我们彼此、丰富校园生活的重要部分。在新的一年里，希望能有机会参与文艺部的工作，与大家一起策划和实现更多有意义、有创意的活动。

一直以来，都热衷于创意、文化表达和团队协作，相信艺术在营造一个充满活力、包容与灵感的环境中发挥着重要作用。如果有机会担任文艺部副部长，将致力于配合部门工作，推动各类艺术活动的开展，让更多同学有机会感受到艺术的魅力，并参与其中。

未来的工作目标包括：

• 丰富活动形式：结合同学们的兴趣和部门整体方向，协助开展内容多样、形式灵活的艺术活动，共同打造有参与感、有创意的项目。
• 鼓励广泛参与：设计互动性强、包容性高的活动形式，让更多同学轻松参与，分享各自的想法与创意。
• 注重协作与成长：积极配合部长工作，和团队紧密合作，也乐于与其他社团联合，策划跨领域的活动，让艺术与校园文化相互融合、相互提升。
