尊敬的各位同学：

大家好！我是范辰浩（Chet Fan），来自MSc material science and engineering专业。很荣幸能够参选帝国理工中国学联文艺部副部长一职。

在过去的学习与生活中，我始终热爱组织与参与各类文艺活动，无论是舞台演出、社团晚会还是文化展演，我都积极参与其中，积累了丰富的策划与执行经验。我相信，文艺不仅是联结同学情感的重要纽带，也是展示我们中国文化魅力的重要窗口。

来到帝国理工后，我积极参与中国学联举办的元宵节写春联活动，提出创意，协助摄影、布置场地，沉浸式体验中国传统节日文化，现场反响热烈。

如果有幸当选，我将致力于：

• 策划更具创意、包容与互动性的文艺活动，丰富大家的校园文化生活；（如歌唱大赛，文艺+美食联动活动等）
• 与其他部门紧密协作，共同打造高质量的大型节庆活动（如春晚、中秋晚会等）；
• 鼓励更多同学展示自己的才艺，营造一个温暖、多元、充满活力的文艺氛围。

我深知文艺部副部长不仅需要热情和创意，更需要责任感与执行力。我将以最大的热情和行动力投入工作，为学联带来更多精彩。

Dear Fellow Students,

My name is Chenhao (Chet) Fan, a student from the MSc Materials Science and Engineering programme. I’m honoured to run for Deputy Head of Arts of the Imperial College Chinese Society.

I’ve always had a passion for cultural and artistic events. From stage performances to student galas, I’ve been actively involved in organising and supporting various activities, gaining valuable experience in planning and execution. I believe arts are not only a bridge between people but also a window into Chinese culture.

At Imperial, I participated in the Lantern Festival Spring Couplets Writing event, where I contributed ideas, helped with photography and venue setup, and created an immersive cultural experience that was warmly received.

If elected, I will focus on:

• Organising creative and inclusive events (e.g. singing contests, arts & food nights);

• Supporting major festivals like the Spring Gala and Mid-Autumn events;

• Encouraging student participation to build a warm and vibrant cultural atmosphere.

I believe this role requires not just enthusiasm, but responsibility and action. I’m ready to contribute fully and bring fresh energy to our society.
