Rodrigo Watanabe

Hey there! If we haven't had the pleasure of meeting yet, my name is Rodrigo, and I am seeking to represent you as your Guildsheet Editor for the academic year 2025-2026. I am a passionate and sociable first-year student who will always greet you with a smile, and I want to ensure that the Guildsheet remains an informative and pleasant voice for us CGCU members, whilst upholding its high quality.

Through my previous work with my high schools environmental society and computer science club, I have experience in content creation, editing, and creating media, having gained a good foundation of visual design. My leadership positions as committee member of the commpetitive programming society and eco committeee has provided me with collaborative and communication skills necessary for working with other CGCU members.

I will ensure that:

- The Guildsheet regularly publishes concise updates on technical societies and their projects to improve engagement with student life

- Enhance the visual design of the guildsheet and collect data to find the most preferred aesthetic for the sheet

- Include fun, interactive elements like engineering puzzles
