My plan

Social dinner each term. E.g.

- "Fresher's Welcome" Curry in first month

- Alumni Dinner for alumni and final years (Nov/Dec)

- Casual dinner in 2nd term

- Annual dinner with club awards.

- "club day" in summer term

HIGHLIGHTS

Annual Dinner

- Black-tie 3-course dinner at a nice venue

- Club awards to recognise people who have comitted to the club

- A nice goodbye to those leaving the club

- The unveiling of IC Barbell Club Ties

Club Day

- Day of hanging out in the sun with some drinks and BBQ

- At a park or hired outdoor venue

MY PRIOR EXPERIENCE

- Faculty of Medicine Postgraduate Rep for 2 years

- iBSc year rep during COVID

Also I can drive the minibus which is v useful for e.g. ST competition we can hire the minibus from union and I can drive us to the competition venue for the weekend (cheaper and more convenient than a train)
