I am thrilled to be applying for the role of Web Officer at Teddy Bear Hospital. This society does a fantastic job in teaching children, reducing White Coat Anxiety, and inspiring them to learn more about medicine.

As Web Officer, my goal will be to ensure our website is an engaging, convenient, and up-to-date resource for volunteers and partner schools alike. I will create and maintain a tidy, user-friendly site that captures the professionalism and warmth of our society.

My main priorities will be:

• On-time Updates: I will ensure that all the information — from upcoming school visits to volunteer sign-ups — is uploaded properly and in a timely fashion on the site.
• Calendar Management: I will keep the ICU Calendar up-to-date with each school visit schedule, so our team is informed and ready.
• Improved Usability: I will check and improve the site structure to make it accessible to all. For instance, make it easier for schools to find the 'For Schools' FAQs tab.
• Visual Interest: I also plan to keep the site visually interesting, using clean photography and welcoming design to convey the energy and enthusiasm of our outreach efforts, and update the site photos to better capture former and current members.

With a keen eye for detail, technical confidence, and genuine passion for the cause of Teddy Bear Hospital, I am confident I can help make the digital backbone of the society stronger and our work continue to leave a lasting impression.
