我是刘李江珂，MSc Design Engineering专业，很荣幸参选帝国理工华人学联职业发展部（创新）副负责人。

我曾与华为合作举办校内招聘会，邀请华为HR及技术团队宣讲并面试，帮助多位同学获得面试机会。此外，我与多家企业和学联资源保持联动，积累了丰富的项目合作经验。

如果当选，我将：

深化与华为等企业合作，定期组织线上/线下招聘与宣讲会，拓宽就业渠道。
推出实用工作坊，如简历优化、面试技巧与设计思维应用，提供实战演练。
组建“企业创新项目”小组，与企业联合发布真实项目任务，帮助同学积累项目经验。
开展一对一职业咨询与导师配对，针对设计工程方向提供个性化建议。

我深知此职位责任重大，但凭借与华为对接的经验、对设计工程领域的了解以及对同学需求的关注，我有信心为大家提供创新且切实的支持。恳请大家支持我，一起为学联职业发展注入新活力！

Dear Fellow Students,

I am Liu Lijiangke from the MSc in Design Engineering program, running for Deputy Head of the Careers Department (Innovation) of the CSSA.

I organized an on-campus recruitment fair with Huawei’s HR and technical teams, helping several students secure interview opportunities. I also collaborate with various companies and CSSA resources to bring practical project experiences to our members.

If elected, I will:

Strengthen partnerships with Huawei and other companies to hold regular online/offline recruitment talks and career fairs.
Launch practical workshops on résumé writing, interview skills, and applying design thinking in the workplace.
Form an “Industry Innovation Project” team that co-issues real challenges with corporate partners, enabling students to gain hands-on experience.
Provide one-on-one career counseling and mentor pairing, offering tailored guidance for design engineering career paths.

I recognize the significant responsibilities of this role. With my experience working with Huawei, industry insights, and dedication to our community, I am confident I can deliver innovative and practical support. I appreciate your vote and look forward to bringing new momentum to CSSA’s career services.
