Le Quynh Mai Nguyen

Hello everyone!

I am Quynh, currently a second year BMB student with a huge interest in neurotechnology. This year I attended the ICLxUCL symposium, and realised that I really enjoyed what the society offered thus I decided to run for the events officer role so I can contribute in making neurotechnology more popular. This is such a new and promising field, that I believe a lot of young people want to be involved in, but unsure how and where to start it. By being the events officer, I would like to organise not only talks and symposiums, but workshops and networking events as well. This includes visits to R&D companies and promising start-ups, with the goal to give everyone a great exposure to the industry. Additionally, I have great relationship with ARIA in Cambridge, which I believe can be a great way to expand the society's events outside London.
