Hi, I’m Max Penney, and I’m running to be your first Competitions Officer. My goal is simple: to provide deliver high-impact competitions that help you stand out, gain hands-on experiences, and explore different career paths.

As Competitions Officer, I’ll make every challenge worth your time. Whether you’re aiming for IB, quant, consulting, tech - or still figuring it out - each competition will build relevant skills, test your strengths, and give you something to talk about in interviews.

Here’s the plan:
1. Career-Boosting Competitions – From M&A comps to quant trading and consulting cases, tailored to EFDS career paths.
2. Real Feedback from Real Professionals – Industry experts and alumni judging entries and giving actionable feedback to help you improve.

4. Firm Sponsorship & Visibility – Sponsor firms and recruiter exposure. If LSE can get Optiver, so can we.
