Vision: Recruitment Officer

I had the pleasure of delivering an MMI talk during ICSM Vision Day to an audience of over 300 prospective students, as well as participating in the PotMed MMIs. Both experiences deepened my appreciation for widening participation and ignited a strong desire to support others on their medical journey. I thoroughly enjoyed engaging with students, demystifying the MMI process, and offering guidance that I wish I had when applying. These events reaffirmed how impactful outreach and mentorship can be, and I would love the opportunity to continue this work in a more formal capacity. I’m confident that my experience, enthusiasm, and approachable nature make me well-suited to this role, and I’m excited to contribute further to the supportive ethos of ICSM Vision.
