Hi, I’m Alex, a first-year Computing student, and I’m running to be your Year 1 Computing Academic Rep.

I want to make sure your feedback about the course and teaching actually reaches the right people. Whether it’s about lectures, assessments, or anything else affecting your experience, I’ll listen and bring it up with the department.

I’ll also keep you updated on any important info, so you’re not left in the dark about deadlines or changes.

If elected, I’ll do my best to make sure our year’s concerns are heard and acted on. I’ve led a computer science society before, so I’m familiar with how to communicate students' ideas to staff.
