Hey there, I'm Krish!
Fun Fact: I don't know how to code.
Neither did most of last year’s ME1s. They struggled, communicated, and now the way we learn computing has been transformed. It’s not perfect, but better. Talking to you, I’ve realised the scope to enhance aspects of our course, starting here.
Seeing effective Academic Representatives and a responsive teaching body that truly listens to help us thrive, learn, and grow; cements my desire to be a part of further development.
2nd in the world, 1st in Europe. Amazing. But nothing is perfect. It's through our experiences that we are able to shape the present, and future, of our education.
Hence, a promise I'll make to you is to truly listen to thoughts, feedback, and literally anything MechEng-related; working with staff to drive real, noticeable action.
I also appreciate that the world is changing. Quickly. To be equipped to thrive, I believe that a focus on real-world applications of engineering needs to be explored: impactful projects and competitions with change-making companies is something I'll look to drive further adoption of: supported by my experience with a number of organisations, national competition success, and real project-work.
Sounds interesting? I'd love your vote to make this happen.
Doesn't sound up your street? Come and chat to me- that's what I'm here for. Your input is invaluable in driving real growth.
Your support is hugely appreciated, thank you.
Best,
Krish
