Hey everyone- I'm Yasmin and I'm running to be your academic rep!

Engineering's all about solving problems, and that’s exactly how I see this role. Whether it’s lectures that move too fast, lab sessions that don’t quite click, or feedback that never reaches the right people - I'll make sure your voice actually gets heard where it matters.

I want to:

• keep clear communication between us and the staff (no more “we didn’t know about that” moments)
• collect feedback efficiently (quick polls + informal chats rather than long forms)
• push for improvements that make a real difference : better support in tricky modules, smoother lab coordination, and fairer assessment feedback

But beyond that I want to make this course feel ours. We're a cohort of future engineers, coders, and innovators and I'll make sure we get a say in how we learn and grow.

So, if you want someone who listens, speaks up, and actually enjoys sorting out the chaos...
