Joseph Gabel

I believe that whenever I become part of an institution, it is my responsibility to contribute meaningfully and work hard to leave it in a better state than when I joined. Whether it’s striving for excellence in my studies or taking on roles that allow me to represent and advocate for my peers.

I have prior experience in student leadership and representation. In secondary school, I held a state-level position within a community service organization, helping to coordinate activities across eight schools. Later, during my undergraduate studies, I served on the Academic Affairs Committee, where I worked to enhance students’ academic experience by communicating student concerns and collaborating with faculty to find constructive solutions.

As your MSc Course Representative, I aim to ensure that every student’s voice is heard whether through casual conversations or formal discussions. I seek to communicate what’s working well in our program and advocate for improvements where needed, helping to create an enjoyable and supportive learning environment for us all, and laying the groundwork for an even better experience for future students.
