Tejas Bantupalli
Yes.
This is me on top of a rubber duck.
The duck is, very clearly, carrying a lot of weight with it.
Yet somehow, it seems to be fine — because it knows that I’m there for its wellbeing.
Hi, I’m Tejas, and I’m running to be your Y3 Wellbeing Rep.
Let’s be honest — JMC is one of the hardest degrees out there, and naturally, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. That’s why I want to be here: to help carry some of that weight, to listen, and to make sure no one feels alone in it.
If elected, I’ll:
Be there for you — whether you need a proper chat, a vent session, or just someone to check in.
Speak up for us — making sure the department hears how we’re really doing, not just how we’re performing.
Encourage balance — with small wellbeing events, relaxed meetups, and reminders that it’s okay to take a break.
Even if the workload’s heavy, we’ll float through it together — like me and that duck.
