Hello QUEENS,

I am absolutely FIZZ-BUZZED to have the opportunity to run for Club Captain this year!! I have had the best time on committee the past two years and would love nothing more than to give EVERYTHING to this club.

Holding the positions of 3s captain and Tour Sec last year has given me the facilities to understand how to run this club. Through these roles I have learned how to efficiently lead and organise teams, became a WhatsApp comms warrior, as well as managed larger groups of people for tour, including booking coaches, curries, and bowling (the essentials).

If elected as CC, I have many yummy ideas to build on how Nina ATE this year:

• Training: Look early on in summer for two new coaches (that aren’t flaky lol), ensuring all teams are being focused on during match play.
• Strength conditioning: bring back weekly Reynolds Gym seshes!!
• Dresses: work with the treasurer in summer to ensure we buy enough for all teams.
• Away games: continue subsidising and push older team players to test the minibus.
• Freshers: first NETBALL PROMO VIDEO. A varsity stats + a ‘week of an ICSMNC girlie’ board.
• Tour: make international preseason tour permanent + reintroduce a London girls tour/ sober spa day to integrate freshers!
• Charity matches: vs rugby/ football followed by a sociallll.
• Social media/newsletter: revive the TikTok account!! Continue match stats to recruit potential sponsors. Add a ‘Silly fresher of the week’ section to encourage socials attendance.
