Hello, my name is David Zhang. I am a second-year Material Science student at Imperial College London, and I am running for Vice President of the RSM Union.

Why I Am Running

The RSM Union is vital in creating a vibrant student community through various activities and events. My goal is to enhance this experience by ensuring our activities are inclusive, engaging, and beneficial for all members.

My Vision

1. Inclusive Activities:
• I aim to organize events that cater to diverse interests and backgrounds, ensuring every student feels represented and included.
2. Enhanced Communication:
• I will improve our communication channels, using social media and newsletters to keep everyone informed and engaged. Feedback systems will be introduced to make sure student voices are heard and their ideas are implemented.
3. Support for Growth:
• I will organize workshops, networking events, and career fairs to support academic and professional development, helping students balance their academic responsibilities with extracurricular activities.
