Jim Ji

Dear readers of my manifesto,

I am delighted to welcome you to my campaign. My name is Jim Ji, and I am a first-year student of Biomedical Technology Ventures. As a responsible and enthusiastic individual, I am running for the position of Treasurer at CSSA.

In the past, I have worked as the Vice Minister of the Coordination Department while in high school. Additionally, I have served as a member of the Treasury Department at CSSA last year. Through my experiences, I have developed a great passion for improving budgeting, transaction handling, and compliance procedures. I am confident that my experience and dedication will be of great value in this role.

As your Treasurer, I pledge to:

Member Involvement: Public voice matters. I will establish open communication to seek your feedback on budget priorities and financial decisions to ensure our funds are utilized in ways that benefit the entire CSSA community.
Strategic Budgeting: I will work diligently to improve the current online income and expenditure system and strive to promote transparent operations within reasonable limits, making every pound spent contribute to the growth and success of the CSSA.
Compliance and Responsibility: I will ensure that all financial actions adhere to CSSA regulations and policies, upholding the integrity of the Chinese Student and Scholar Association and maintaining good standing within Imperial College London.
My plans above are tangible and achievable. Vote for me, and we will build up a CSSA responsible for financial stewardship.
