Abhavya and Rhianne here to save the day and run as co-captains for next year’s 4s team!

Why us?

• Abhavya’s experience on the 4s team this year gave her insight into what the role would enquire, and the challenges that we may face that are specific to the 4s.
• Rhianne having spent the past year as socials captain has developed the skills required to make the 4s the best team in ICSM netball!
• Between the two of us, we’ll be able to attend all matches and trainings, pushing each other to be the most organised and on-it captains ICSM netball has ever seen!

Our goals/ideas:

• Rebrand the 4s as a competitive developmental squad for those who want to develop their netball skills in a fun, competitive environment.
• Player specific feedback, Abhavya to focus on development of the attacking players and Rhianne on the defenders.
• Host lots of 4s team socials (sleepovers, movie nights, cards nights) but also encourage as many in the team to attend sports night even if they only drink squash!
• Fight for netball dresses for the team!
• Boost moral before and after each match by travelling together and bringing yummy snacks!

We believe we can completely change up the 4s, making the team as inclusive and welcoming as possible, and WINNING!, whilst also making sure our players are being challenged and developed in a way that’s right for them!
