Hi!! I am Joelle, currently a year 1 biomed student, and i will be doing pharmacology & toxicology in year 2.
I believe as a secretary, its is important to maintain good coordination and between the committee. I would enhance communication by creating a shared workspace to track each member's work progress and organise all related folders and meeting minutes in an easy and accessible way.
I would also love to boost event organisations and participation by creating a newsletter to allow members to preview upcoming events, and as a record of past ones.
Most importantly, as a secretary I would engage our society with other academic related societies to expose our members to a wider variety of opportunities and events.
