It's Nancy here! I'm throwing my hat into the wind for the Head of Sponsorship Department role!

As the current Executive Director of the Liaison Department of UKCSSA and a member of both ICCSSA and CSSA for Glasgow, I've been raising £80,000 during my time over three years, planning multiple events like the China-UK Tech Summit, three year's Chinese New Year in 2022, 2023 and 2024. My responsibilities extended to new member training, crafting sponsorship proposals, expanding our network of sponsors, and managing event timelines.

If elected as Head of the Sponsorship Department, I am committed to bringing structure and planning to our sponsorship initiatives. Timely feedback within the department will be a priority, as well as effective communication with other departments. I believe in equitable task distribution to ensure everyone gains valuable experiences and enjoys their roles. My vision for the Sponsorship Department is to create a cohesive and well-organized team that not only meets but exceeds our sponsorship goals. By implementing structured planning, clear communication, and fostering a collaborative environment, I am confident we can elevate the department's success. I understand the importance of a positive work environment and will strive to make our journey in the Sponsorship Department not only productive but also share our accomplishments.
