Having been racing fpv drones for the past five years and attending a multitude of events, I believe I have the experience, contacts and knowledge to effectively lead the DroneSoc racing team. This combined with my experience as a DroneSoc president and member for the past 2 years will alow me to effectively organise and lead the racing team. I hope to complete the quadbasics course and extend it to flying - organise local events for people new to drone racing. Furthermore, I am already planning attending some large racing events where we will be able to meet with top level international pilots. There will be something for those from absolute beginners to advanced pilots.
