Rishi Miriyala

Hi everyone! I'm Rishi, a third-year med student.

What's my experience?

• I'm currently the National Policy Lead at UAEM UK, leading a national team on global policy on TTOs and R&D
• I'm running for National Coordinator (President) at UAEM UK for the upcoming year - there's potential to make Imperial the centrepoint for UAEM!
• I've been part of the SfGH committee for the last 2 years, my previous duties included social officer (2022/23) and treasurer (2023/24)

What will I achieve as UAEM Chapter Lead?

• Create an annual national meeting at Imperial - for all UAEM branches, and interested individuals
• Promote the national and international work of UAEM, and encourage Imperial students to participate in the ongoing schemes
• Collaborate with existing UAEM branches, such as UCL, Cambridge and Sheffield
