Dear Esteemed Members of the Chinese Students & Scholars Association,
I'm Yitong Zou, a thrid-year student in Chemistry. I am honored to be a candidate for the position of Deputy Head of the Careers Department (Innovation). I am deeply committed to fostering a culture of innovation within our community to propel our members toward successful and fulfilling careers. Here is my manifesto outlining my vision for the role:
Embracing Technology and Digital Transformation: In today's rapidly evolving world, technology plays a pivotal role in shaping industries and career opportunities. I pledge to integrate innovative technological solutions into our career development initiatives, leveraging platforms for online learning, virtual career fairs, and digital networking opportunities to broaden our members' horizons and connect them with global companies.

Furthermore, I recognize the importance of collaboration and partnership in achieving our goals. As Deputy Head of the Career Department, I will actively seek out opportunities to collaborate with industry leaders, academic institutions, and other student organizations. By forging strong relationships with external stakeholders, we can gain valuable insights, access new opportunities, and enhance the value proposition for our members.
