As a first-year Medical Biosciences student with a passion for plants, I am excited to apply for the position of Publicity Officer for the Botanical Society. My enthusiasm for plants and my skills in media and marketing make me an ideal candidate to enhance our society's visibility and engagement.

Key Objectives

Event promotion: I will utilise various channels, including social media, email newsletters, and campus posters, to promote our events. My goal is to create compelling content that captures attention and drives participation.

Organising events: I will also work alongside other committee members to organise a variety of events, potentially including social gatherings, trips, as well as talks from experts.
