Hi!! I am Joelle, currently a year 1 biomed student.

I believe as a secretary, it is important to maintain good coordination between the committee. I would enhance communication by creating a shared workspace to track each member's work progress and organise all related folders and meeting minutes in an easy and accessible way.
I would also love to boost event organisations and participation by creating a newsletter to allow members to preview upcoming events, and as a record of past ones.
Most importantly, as a secretary I would engage BiomEd society to other academic related societies to expose our members to a wider variety of opportunities and events.
