Here's what I'm going to do:

1) Make TILOs/MILOs more specific. Exam transparency is important, and vagueness only hinders our success.

2) Voice student opinions, loudly and proudly. A school is nothing without its students. ICSM should be a mirror image of what we want to see in it.

3) Foster an academic community, in which we support each other and excel together. We all want our future colleagues to be the best that they can be.
