As a third-year Chemistry student, I am excited to represent the voices of science students at Union Council. University is where we spend some of the most significant years of our lives, and I want it to be a place where everyone feels valued and heard.

I actively engage in volunteering events on campus and in our department, and from my experience, I’ve seen many fellow students struggle without bursaries for opportunities like UROP. Rising tuition fees are a major concern for many international students, including myself, while the high cost of food on campus forces many to rely on packed lunches.

If elected, I will advocate for more exchange opportunities, address these pressing issues, and champion fair policies that prioritize the needs and well-being of all students. I am committed to fostering transparency, encouraging student participation, and creating a more inclusive and supportive environment.
