Hi, I'm Arhvee and I'm running for the Wellbeing Administrator.

MechEng at Imperial can be intense and stressful, so I think it’s important to have someone to talk to if you have any issues mentally and emotionally. I'm a good listener and can give good advice. Your problems don't have to be solely related to education, it can be anything. I am extroverted and love talking to others so don't be afraid to approach me if you want to talk or ask any questions.

Also, I think one way in which our wellbeing can be positively affected is by organising events and socials within our cohort. I love to organise events and will be willing to hear ideas from you guys. Events I do have in mind are MechEng Got Talent, Secret Santa, Dress to impress etc. In these events, prizes could be won! Socials can be movie nights, games night etc. I think these events and socials will get people connected with one another more and would be a good escape from all the stress that comes with this course.

As there is a WiME, I would like to create Men in MechEng, MiME, as it has been highly requested. Not to fear, I will also create a main group in which everyone is included!

As we go through the next 4 years at Imperial, I hope we can make a positive environment and I hope I can be of extra help by taking up this role. Thanks!
