Hi! I am Aydan, and I am originally from Baku, Azerbaijan. I have been graduated from Azerbaijan Medical University with a 97,4 GPA out of 100. I am a doctor, I love hearing people and helping them to solve their problems. Also, I am interested in mental health, worked at Psychiatric clinic for a while. With my MD degree and experience at a Psyhciatric clinic, I ponder I have related skills for this role.
As a Mental Health Campaigns Officer, my goals are:

Raising Awareness: I can help to create fun and engaging campaigns to help people understand mental health better. I consider using relatable stories and visuals can help to show why mental well-being matters and clear up common misconceptions.

Creating Safe Spaces: I can organize gatherings where people can talk about their mental health experiences openly, without any hesitation of judging, make these events welcoming and supportive, so everyone feels comfortable sharing and learning from one another. I would be a dream coming true if I could host Mental Health Awareness Fair !

Utilizing Social Media: With social media platforms we can connect with more people. Share helpful tips, inspiring personal stories, and resources that encourage conversations about mental health and show that it’s okay to ask for help.
