Students for Global Health: Publicity and Social Media Officer

Hi everyone! My name's Onali, and I am applying to be Sfgh Publicity and Social Media officer!

I decided I wanted to apply because I am passionate about the course, and currently hold a relevant position - as the 2024-25 UAEM UK National Committee Publicity Lead. I have experience campaigning for social causes, publicising events on different platforms, building a social media presence for various societies (Poetry, Drama, Psychiatry, and others), and am proficient with both Canva and Procreate.

I believe my roles and experience will be useful to Sfgh. My main aims would be to increase the reach of sfgh's social media, and more importantly make global health resources as accessible as possible to as many people. I want to help place more emphasis on activism, action, and what people can do to improve global health by spotlighting as many different projects to other students at Imperial as I can.
