Hello everyone,

I’m excited to announce my candidacy for Chief Copy Editor of Felix! As someone deeply passionate about storytelling and the power of clear communication, I believe I can help elevate our publication to new heights. Having played with Lego, I’ve developed a knack for assembling stories just as I did with those colourful bricks.

In this role, my primary focus will be on ensuring our articles are polished, engaging, and accurate. I plan to implement a comprehensive editing process that maintains our journalistic standards while encouraging creativity and diverse perspectives. By fostering an environment where writers feel supported, we can enhance the quality of our content and make our newspaper a true reflection of our vibrant campus community.

I plan to arrange workshops or online courses on writing and editing techniques, providing valuable resources for all members. Collaboration is key, and I will actively seek input from writers to ensure their voices shine through while adhering to our style and clarity.

Additionally, I aim to streamline our editorial workflow, making it easier for contributors to submit and revise their work. By promoting open communication and constructive feedback, we can cultivate a strong team spirit.
