Dear Members,

I am excited to announce my candidacy for President of the Snooker and Pool Society. As a long-standing and passionate member of this society, I have enjoyed playing alongside many of you and fostering the community that makes our society such a great place to be. My commitment to snooker and pool runs deep, and I will be at Imperial College for many years, ensuring continuity, growth, and sustainability for our society.

Throughout my time here, I have had the privilege of building strong relationships with fellow members, and I’m grateful to be known as a well-liked and approachable figure. This has helped me understand the diverse needs and aspirations of our community, and it drives my commitment to making sure every member feels included and engaged.

I also bring a wealth of experience from running other societies, where I have successfully led teams, organized events, and managed budgets. This experience has given me the skills to lead effectively, ensuring that our society not only thrives but expands its reach, offering more opportunities for all members to enhance their skills and enjoy the game.

As President, I will work hard to increase participation, organize regular tournaments, and ensure everyone has access to great equipment and coaching. Together, we can continue to build a society that celebrates our love for the game and fosters lasting friendships.
