Rucha Potdukhe

Hey! I’m Rucha, a second year Medical Biosciences with Management student.

As a current Women in Business committee member (Marketing Manager), I have made numerous event/social media posts and have helped others to learn more about careers within business, finance and consulting. Having previously managed social media pages for both student climate organisations and my own business, I have developed skills such as content creation, creativity and design which I believe will make me an ideal candidate for this role. Being an analytical person, I enjoy making decisions based on data and think when looking to grow an online presence, this is an invaluable skill.

My goal as Head of Marketing would be to:

1. Manage a team and build an online community of engaged, ambitious women who want to learn more about careers within business, finance, consulting and more!
2. Design attractive content for all social media platforms to ensure both active and inactive members feel inspired to participate in events
3. Conduct surveys and meetings to gather feedback from members and encourage a supportive and fun environment :)
