Where do I even begin? RSMU. The best of the best, the one union to rule them all. Where would we even be if it wasn't for this spectacular architectural masterpiece of a college building? There is a reason why we don't study in a boring brutalist building that makes you hate your life. And that is: we are special. Yes, you heard me right my fellow Miners, truly special. But all jokes aside, it is not the building that makes RSMU so special. It is the people inside. It is the inspiring, friendly, and tight-knit community that makes it different from any other society in Imperial and other universities. I don't think we realise the true potential of RSMU though. I believe we need more societies. RSM Mixed Martial Arts Society? RSM pool and snooker? You name it. Under my supervision, the number of societies in RSMU will double, if not triple. And now coming to you, my friend - who has a great idea for a society, but just doesn't know where to start or how to turn their dream society into reality: fear not, for I will champion your club ideas when I'm elected. Vote for me, and together we can build not just clubs and societies, but an everlasting legacy in this university.
