Edgar Leung

Hi, I'm Edgar from Year 3 Civil Engineering and the Treasurer of IC Rail and Transport Society for the past 2 years.

I have a huge interest in railway and transport, and have done extensive research on train fares, routes, and timetables in the UK, as a result of having visited every rail or tube station in Greater London, and over 95% of the 2586 railway stations across Great Britain.

I have achieved an A* grade in A-level Accounting, and am experienced with preparing budgets and purchasing cheap train tickets for ICRTS over the past academic year. During my recent term, I have also designed questionnaires to let members have their say on our trips, itineraries, and spending.

I will also continue to assist members with planning their own rail journeys in the UK and finding cheaper fares, and encourage fellow students to travel more by rail and explore the beauty of rural Britain.
