Aayush Darak

Hi everyone, I am Aayush and I am running for the position of MedEd Secretary.

I am interested in becoming a part of the MedEd team, not only to promote the immense support it provides to students, but also to develop my personal interest in teaching within medicine.

Within Imperial, I have undertaken the role of treasurer for Hindu Society and have also been involved with MedEd as the Phase 1a CSI Crash Course Lead. As such, I can bring the skills learnt from my previous experiences into the new role by collaborating in teams and managing my time efficiently. As the secretary for MedEd, I would ensure to assist in organising tutorials and events as smoothly as possible so that we can continue to benefit from the amazing sessions such as the Year 2 CPA mock that are put together by MedEd. I understand that the role of a secretary is very important, and I believe that I possess the right qualities to carry it out to the best of my ability.
