Zainab Chowdhury

Hi, I’m Zainab, a third year medic, and I’m excited to run for Education Officer for the O&G Society this year! I have a strong interest in women’s health and medical education, and I want to help make learning opportunities in O&G more accessible and engaging for everyone.

As Publicity Officer for Muslim Medics, I gained experience in organising events, promoting educational opportunities, and engaging students - skills that I would love to bring to this role. If elected as Education Officer for O&G, I would like to organise practical teaching sessions, revision workshops, and career talks with O&G professionals. I would also work on expanding learning resources, including revision notes and PACES guides, an introduction to Reproductive Sciences BSc talk, and create more opportunities for students to explore O&G early in their studies.

I would love the opportunity to work with this committee, as Education Officer, to enhance O&G education for everyone!
