Medicine (PG): MSc Health Data Analytics and Machine Learning

Hi!

My name is Luane, I am looking forward to meeting everyone and am so excited to discover everything we will be learning throughout this master's!

I did my BSc at Imperial (in biotech) and have held various responsibilities throughout:

- Chair of the Imperial Alternative Protein Project (2 years)

- Vice President of Imperial College Mountaineering Club

- Social Secretary of Imperial College Mountaineering Club

- Falmouth and Keogh Hall representative

Having been on so many committee positions, I know how the university and student union function and how to organise socials. Some events I've organised include club formal dinners, a roped pub crawl, curry nights, cake bakings, and climbing expeditions. I have some fun ideas for HDA and I am open to suggestions!

I hope that as course representative I will be able to make this as smooth and enjoyable an experience as possible for everyone. As this role represents the entire cohort, I will be asking you all for your opinions on the course and any feedback you give me will be transmitted to the course organisers. I will be a listening ear for any concerns about the course or student life at Imperial.

A master's degree at Imperial is not an easy feat and despite the intense reviews we've received from previous batches of students, we will get through this together!

Please vote for me and I will do my best to be a listening ear and make improvements!

Thank you,

Luane :)
