Megumi Dharma

Hiii everyone! I’m Megumi, a second-year Materials student running for Social Secretary of the Rifle and Pistol Society.

I started shooting airsoft back in Indonesia, where the community was close-knit but very small. Now at Imperial, the community is much bigger and I’m excited to build on that by being more active in hosting socials and creating fun ways for members to connect, bond, and feel part of a welcoming community.

I’ve led multiple student organizations, promoting and organizing socials, collaborations, fundraisers, and public events (even featured in newspapers!). These experiences helped me develop strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills, which I want to bring to our society’s events. If elected, I’d love to collaborate more with other societies within and outside of Imperial, promote our community and members, and make socials memorable for everyone.
