Women in Business: Marketing Manager

I am excited to apply for the Women in Business: Marketing Manager position, where I hope to combine my passion for science, innovation, and storytelling to empower women pursuing leadership across disciplines. My academic and professional path has always revolved around bridging technical expertise with creative communication. At Columbia University, where I studied Neuroscience and Mathematics, I led a research lab project that strengthened my leadership and organizational skills. Managing experiments, coordinating timelines, and mentoring teammates taught me how to communicate ideas effectively and motivate others toward a common goal.

Outside the lab, I helped organize events through the Women in STEM Club, connecting undergraduates and PhD students to foster mentorship and visibility for women in research. These experiences shaped my inclusive and purpose-driven approach to leadership, one grounded in collaboration and impact. In my final year at Columbia, I deepened my engagement with innovation and industry through biotechnology courses and a project with Blackstone, where I learned how scientific ideas are communicated and scaled beyond academia.

After Columbia, I pursued law with a focus on patents, exploring how creativity and innovation intersect with regulation and entrepreneurship. Now completing a master’s in Advanced Chemical Engineering with Biotechnology at Imperial, I’m eager to apply my interdisciplinary perspective to developing campaigns, partnerships, and events that highlight women’s achievements and potential. This role represents an exciting opportunity to contribute my skills in strategy, communication, and design to strengthen the visibility and influence of women in business at Imperial.
