Rucha Potdukhe

Hey! I'm Rucha, a Medical Biosciences and Management student applying for the role of Sponsorship Manager. Since joining Women in SET, I have attended numerous events and I believe the society does an amazing job in uplifting women to explore careers in science and technology. Being a Feminist society leader at my previous school has allowed me to develop leadership skills whilst also pursuing my passion of getting more women into male-dominated careers. With my experience, I believe I will be able to bring a range of perspectives and opportunities to the members of the society.

As your Sponsorship Manager, I aim to:

• Cultivate strong relationships with sponsors to allow for a diverse range of opportunities and events for WSET members
• Conduct surveys and meetings to gather feedback from members and encourage a supportive and fun environment and allow input from members of the society
• Prioritise diverse opportunities and inclusivity
