Hello everyone my name is Iihan. As a member of ICSM Orthopaedics Society, I am excited to present my manifesto for the role of Vice-President of ICSM Orthopaedics Society. This role offers a remarkable opportunity to promote Orthopaedics as a dynamic and impactful field.

My leadership journey began as a Co-President of the ICSM Oncology Society, where I developed skills in orchestrating successful events and fostering a sense of unity among members. This experience provided me with valuable insights into effective leadership and the ability to mobilize a team towards a common goal. As the Conference Chair for the "Reconstructing the Stereotype" Conference, I led a dynamic team to deliver an event that highlighted the transformative nature of Plastic Surgery and provided unique workshop experiences for delegates. This role involved coordinating with a diverse array of speakers, managing intricate logistics, and ensuring a cohesive program. My leadership facilitated an inclusive platform that challenged and reshaped preconceived notions about the field. This experience further honed my ability to execute large-scale events with precision and creativity.

My interest in Orthopaedic Surgery stems from my fascination with the field's ability to transform lives. It is a specialty where science meets innovation, restoring function and improving quality of life. By inviting distinguished speakers and organizing interactive workshops, we can highlight the innovative and transformative aspects of this field.
