Thomas Letal

Hello! I am Thomas Letal.

I’m studying Physics (but you already knew that).

I genuinely enjoy physics and I’m not doing it for any financial reason. I always have. I often think about it in my spare time and can discuss it endlessly.

Other than physics, I also like a good (or bad) joke.

I have been diagnosed with both ADHD and Autism and am proud of it. They give me a different, generally logical, perspective. I think it’s why I try to be thorough with what I do and why I do not like missing deadlines.

I’m standing to make a positive impact. I want to see everyone’s concerns answered. I know bureaucracy is annoying and will make sure I handle everything within a timely manner.

I also promise to routinely send out non-compulsory surveys to check in on students, because a lot of people who all share a “minor concern” may not raise an issue. I will check on what causes the most stress, be it modules, seminars, problem sheets, lectures, etc…

If ever anyone feels like I've missed something important, or I've failed to represent someone, I'm open to constructive criticism. I'm willing to be corrected and will take any criticism into account.
